You don't even need to have a battery inserted for it to work!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt; - The phone will always act as a Java Card, regardless of being on or off.&lt;BR/&gt; - This is why you cannot make any settings whatsoever on the phone's internal menu.&lt;BR/&gt; - If you want to install a GlobalPlatform Applet (which is different from a Java Applet) you'll need a card reader and some software that will help you do that. Eclipse with the JCOP tools plugin for instance.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Please keep me posted on your progress.
